Who We Are
The North Western Local Authorities' Employers' Organisation, which is usually known as North West Employers, is the Employers' Organisation for local authorities in the North West of England.
We provide advice, support and consultancy services to constituent local authorities in the areas of:
- Human Resources
- Management Practice
- Organisation and Political Structures
- Learning and Development
Together with the regional trade unions (UNISON, GMB and T&GW), North West Employers operates regional negotiating, conciliation and disputes machinery covering professional, administrative and front-line workers employed by local authorities.
