We are pleased to offer a fully equipped, air conditioned Conference Room with Induction Loop and Internet access for hire, located within five minutes of Manchester City Centre.
This competitively priced accommodation is flexible to suit a range of activities, from boardroom-style for up to 20, to theatre-style for up to 30 delegates, and is available on a daily delegate rate for full day hire or room-only rate for half day hire.
Full Day: Daily Delegate Rate £30 includes:

- Overhead Projector and Screen
Half Day: Room Only Rate £100 includes:
- Flip Chart
- White Board
- Overhead Projector and Screen
(On Half Day Rate lunch is available for the start or finish of a meeting at a price of £8.25 per head. Additional coffee, tea and biscuits are provided at £1.00 per cup. There is also a water machine in the room)

- Laptop (including PowerPoint) with Projector: £100.00 per day
- Laptop with Internet Connection: £50.00 per day

- Photocopying: 10p per copy
- Telephone: 5p per minute
