Supporting Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
There is already a well established community of HR and learning and development practitioners, and our role regionally has been to provide support and raise standards and ambitions for people working in the field.
Over the years we have developed a range of programmes along a continuum, from the first presentation skills programmes to consultancy skills programmes.
In addition to the range of programmes, we provide one-to-one support, one-to-one coaching, and set up shadowing opportunities, etc. Some examples of what we offer are below.
