North West Employers offers a comprehensive service to support authorities in the recruitment of their Chief Executive and Chief Officers. The service includes:
- Advising on an effective and rigorous recruitment and selection process.
- Helping and facilitating members to identify the sort of Chief Executive they want, including drawing up the person specification and job description and advising on the remuneration package.
- Advising on advertising and if required provide an Executive Search facility and micro-site via our partners People Consulting.
- Undertake administrative arrangements on behalf of the authority.
- Long listing and short listing in consultation with the selection panel.
- Design of bespoke assessment centres including the provision of feedback to candidates.
- Design of selection process.
- Facilitating selection process and advising the selection panel.
- Notifying successful and unsuccessful candidates and providing feedback if required.
