Effective and creative middle managers are a vital ingredient in an authority’s success and the development offered to these managers needs to equip them to fulfill their roles and future potential.
We do not believe that one size fits all and pride ourselves on being able to tailor-make interventions to help organisations develop their managers. Over the past five years we have worked with over 50% of North West authorities and have built up expertise in designing programmes to meet different needs.
Our work often addresses specific organisational needs, for example restructures, preparing for CPA, but our starting point is always to work with the authority to design an overall strategy and plan.
