Developing Training Materials
As part of our core service, our aim is to support learning and development practitioners deliver effective learning programmes in their own authority. Through regional networking opportunities we provide an opportunity to share materials and resources, but also offer support to individual authorities.
We write materials for course delivery, often when authorities want to cascade specific programmes or train trainers in particular areas. Increasingly, authorities want to support learners beyond the event and we have developed an approach which provides a ‘toolbox’, which is an interactive CD of resources. The toolbox can be tailored to specific programmes for learners to take away and continue their learning.
