A Practical Guide for Investigators In order to support investigators and organisations we have produced an Investigators’ Guide to assist those who undertake investigations as a result of a complaint of inappropriate behaviour. A copy has been sent to HR departments in every authority.
The guide provides some practical support to the whole process and can be used to assist in preparing for, and conducting, investigation interviews as well as guidance on report writing and collecting evidence.
