North West Employers and regional partners are committed to improving the skills and confidence of local government employees, and have placed improving Skills for Life at the heart of their joint priorities.
As part of our campaign to share good practice and learning we will produce a regular newsletter to keep authorities updated on Skills for Life information, resources and events in the region. This is our first edition and we hope that you will find it of interest and that you will be able to use some of the information to help you on you Get On Award journey.
We would welcome input from anyone working in the Skills for Life arena and particularly examples of practice from Authorities that may assist others, real problems and issues that you have encountered and how you have dealt with these and good news stories about learner achievements.
